When will my Berry Points order arrive?

Products will arrive 6-8 weeks from the date your order was received.

I received one of the products I ordered, but not the other one.

Some products ship separately, so they may arrive at different times.

Will there be other Berry Points products offered?

Berry Points products sometimes change throughout the year. If you don't see something you like, you can always try back later. Just be sure to send in your points and order by the end of March, 2008!

There weren't any Berry Points on the Strawberry Shortcake merchandise I purchased.

Unfortunately, not all Strawberry Shortcake products are able to carry the Berry Points program. If a product does offer Berry Points, you can find them on the merchandise packaging.

I can't open the order form. What should I do?

The order form is a pop-up function and may be blocked by your computer. Please be sure that your Pop-up Blockers are disabled.

Why does the Berry Points Program expire in March 2008?

We change our programs to honor what Strawberry Shortcake fans are most interested in. From our data, we can see interest shifting away from the Berry Points program. However, be sure to check back later for details on our future programs!
