All About Strawberry Shortcake

Who is Strawberry Shortcake?

She's a berry sweet, spunky, adventurous red-haired girl who makes things better for everyone she meets! Strawberry believes things are "growing better all the time!" She brings adventure, friendship, fashion and fun to little girls everywhere.

Strawberry's Story

Strawberry Shortcake arrived in the 1980s with her trademark strawberry-scented toys, entertainment and products that were loved by little girls and moms everywhere. She set wholesome examples and showed that sweetness is a timeless, universal virtue.

Over the years, Strawberry has made many friends, and now she's even sweeter than ever! Her very first film, The Sweet Dreams Movie (2006), was the most successful KidToon Films movie at the time, and every weekend she has her very own network TV cartoon series!

Growing Better All the Time

Parents will find that each Strawberry Shortcake TV or DVD episode offers educational and info (E/I) messaging to kids about friendship, making good decisions, teamwork, and many other valuable lessons. These can be reinforced with AGKidZone's Teaching Moments program-activities and exercises parents and caregivers can do with their children after they watch each show, to help them grow better, too!
